RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
For your peace of mind, KALURI offers a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty COVERS: detachment of the sole, breakage of the sole, metal hardware, upper material, and stitching due to normal wear and tear.
The warranty DOES NOT COVER: discoloration, scuffing of the PU (synthetic) or leather upper from impacts or friction on hard surfaces while walking, breakage of the upper due to cutting, defects caused by immersion or washing in water, or damage caused by exposure to solvents, fuels, or grease.
Products will be evaluated within 15 days of receipt at the quality control office. Results will be communicated via email.
Exchanges are only made for another product available in the online store of equal or greater value, with the customer responsible for the price difference.
To request an exchange, please email us at kaluri.peru@gmail.com. You must also send photos of the product to WhatsApp at 955262652. Once the exchange is approved, you must send the product to our offices, where it will be inspected and evaluated within a maximum of two business days.
After verifying the condition of the received product, the selected exchange will be processed. Otherwise, the product will be returned in the same condition in which it arrived. The product will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.
The company is not responsible for the return shipping costs or the shipping of the new product; these logistical costs are the customer's responsibility.
⚠️ Important: Products purchased at a discount or on promotion/sale are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
The online Customer Service team may take up to 2 business days to process your exchange request.
